Nitroflow Performance is a performance optimizer suited both for strength and endurance sports. We recommend its use especially in the preparation for a race, during hard training blocks as well as to support recovery.

Nitroflow Performance contains a unique combination of several functional ingredients such as New Zealand blackcurrant, Montmorency tart cherry as well as citrus bioflavonoids. These have been scientifically tested on athletes and are already being used in elite sports due to their promising effects.

The scientific data promise benefits on the following parameters:

• maintenance of normal blood flow
• optimized oxygen (O₂) transport and utilisation
• dilatation of blood vessels
• mitochondrial oxygen utilisation = increased fat oxidation to provide energy
• antioxidative protection and supporting recovery
  

This product is vegan.

Endurance and intervall sports:

• daily for about 5 days before the competition - last intake 3 hours before the start
• for optimized recovery - take one dose for 1-2 days following periods of intense training or competition

Power Sports:

• 2–3 hours before competitions or intensive training sessions to support performance and recovery
