Electrolyte Chews for on the go – with 50 mg of sodium per chew.

Electrolyte Chews provide the key electrolytes sodium, chloride, potassium, calcium and magnesium in a convenient chewable tablet. Ideal for supplementing electrolytes easily and flexibly. 

Thanks to their compact blister packaging, the chews fit into any jersey, sports bag or jacket pocket. Simply push a chew out of the blister and chew it while on the go – no additional liquid is required, as the saliva-stimulating effect ensures a pleasant mouthfeel. Nevertheless, remember to drink and stay hydrated throughout the day and during your activity!

In warm conditions, while travelling, on hikes or throughout active days.

Before training: Take 1–2 chews 15–30 minutes before activity, especially in warm conditions or when sweating is expected

During longer activities: For exercise lasting approximately 60 minutes or more, Electrolyte Chews can be taken regularly depending on the intensity, temperature and individual sweat rate. Also suitable in combination with water, gels, bars or a sports drink.

Maximum of 5 chews per day.

note:Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
