Drinking ampoules with 375 mg of magnesium and vitamin B6. Magnesium has various functions in the organism, among others it supports the electrolyte balance and serves the normal muscle function. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 has also supporting effects in sport. Like magnesium, it supports the normal energy-yielding metabolism as well as the normal functioning of the nervous system.

This product is vegan.

1 ampoule ideally in the evening or with a meal. Not directly before or after sport. Shake the ampoule briefly before taking. For athletes who repeatedly suffer from acute uncontrolled muscle contractions, we also recommend the product MUSCLE RELAX. For long-term magnesium supplementation we recommend MAGNESIUM PLUS.
